What is this Low Carb High Fat and Keto all about?

Over the past 3 years I have been fascinated with what I’ve been learning about Keto, Low Carb, and  Fasting. I have immersed myself in studying the effects of the Ketogenic “Keto” Lifestyle as well as Low Carb High Fat Moderate Protein (LCHF) and Fasting. I have had the pleasure of meeting with a group of motivated ladies and gentlemen during our Weight Balance Series. We are finding health and Weight Balance.

I will continue to run this series 3-4 times per week.

There is a Keto, LCHF and IF support group the last Wednesday of the month from 7-8 pm at Body of Health

    Interesting post!! I’ve started LCHF a month ago, and so far I am getting used in this way of eating. I love that I don’t feel bloated all the time, And I’ve never felt so much better like this before. I think I found the best diet for me!!
